Very suddenly, at home, on Thursday, August 5, 2004, Andrew (Andy), aged 41 years (late of Petrofac). Cherished husband of Helen, much loved dad of Kathryn and Hannah, loving son of Ena and the late Harry, dear brother to Malcolm and Graham. Service at Seaton Curew Methodist Church, Hartlepool, on Monday, August 16, at 1.30 p.m., thereafter to Stranton Grange Crematorium, Hartlepool, at 2.20 p.m. All friends respectfully invited.
