CRUICKSHANK (Garmouth) Belinda and family would like to thank all those relatives, friends and neighbours for their unstinting support both during Ainslie's illness and following his sad loss. Particular thanks to the staff at Fochabers Medical Centre and to Macmillan and Marie Curie Nurses for the care Ainslie received. To the many friends from past and present who attended the service at Broadley, the family were greatly comforted by your love and support. Thanks go to Margaret King for her comforting service, and to Dave Andrews for his enlightening eulogy. Finally, our appreciation goes to Martin and colleagues at Graham J. Rattray, Funeral Directors for their professional and caring funeral arrangements. The sum of ?400 was raised to be shared between the R.A.F. Benevolent Fund and Marie Curie Nurses.
