FRASER (Rosemarkie) The funeral service of the late William Cowper (Bill) Fraser, aged 78 years (formerly of Edinburgh and Cromarty) will take place tomorrow, Saturday, October 10, at 11 a.m., in Cromarty Church of Scotland, thereafter to Cromarty Cemetery.
