BUCHAN (Tarland) On the morning of November 11, 2008, Remembrance Day, Alex (ex CPT), a former Gordon Highlander, died peacefully, at home, surrounded by his family. He was a good man and a much loved husband to Rhoda, father to Arlene and Margaret, grandfather to Gavin, Christopher and Matthew and father-in-law to Ben. Everyone who knew Alex is welcome to join us at St. Moluag's Church, Tarland, on Thursday, November 20, at 1.30 p.m., to celebrate his life and mourn his passing. Family flowers only please, but donations can be made at church door, to the Earl Haig Poppy Appeal.
