LAMB Gilbert December 21, 1932 to June 9, 2013. Gilbert Lamb passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013, after an undaunting period with cancer. Gilbert was predeceased by his beloved wife, Violet and will be lovingly remembered by his children: Elaine and Graham Lamb; grandchildren: Heather Pratt, Kyle Lamb and Carson Lamb, along with his brother, Bill (Sarah) Lamb; sisters: Edith Wilkie, Elma (Jim) Monroe as well as Violet's niece, Sylvia Fettes and their respective family members. Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home (1605-100 Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 2.00 p.m. If so desired, memorial donations may be made directly to Alberta Hospice Palliative Care Association (1245-70 Avenue SE, Calgary AB, T2H 2X8).
