KIRKHILL Peacefully at home, on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, John Farquharson Smith, Lord Kirkhill, aged 92 years (previous Lord Provost of Aberdeen and Minister Of State For Scotland). Beloved husband of Frances and step-father of Lindsey. Funeral service private at his own request.
