HENDERSON Ronald Gordon (Dyce, Aberdeen) Peacefully at Roxburghe House with family on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Ronnie, aged 80, devoted and loving Husband to Sheila and wonderful, much loved Father to Lynn and Jill, and proud Grandfather. Big Brother to sisters Nicky, Sheila and Aileen. Born in Buckie, with childhood in beloved Cullen. Passionate about life, including travelling the world, enjoying and playing Classical and Jazz music (Jazz pianist with The Excelsior Jazz Orchestra and The Ness River Rhythm Kings), explorer of Scottish history, gardening and love of outdoors (golf, hill walking, skiing), and an avid collector of Single Malt Whisky and fine wines. Ronnie was the founding Membership Secretary of Newmachar Golf Course and a Computer Analyst at Aberdeen City Council. Ronnie will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts. Funeral service to be held at Aberdeen Crematorium on Monday, July 18, at 9.15am. All family and friends are respectfully invited. Thank you to the caregivers at Victoria Grange, Dyce.
