REID (Pitullie) Peacefully after a long illness, with her family by her side, at A.R.I. on Monday, September 6, 2021, Ethel (nee Smith), aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late James Reid, loving mam of James, Gordon, Ethel, Joy and David, dear mother-in-law, proud and much loved grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma, dear sister, auntie and friend to many. Funeral service private due to current guidelines, but for anyone wishing to pay their last respects to Ethel, the hearse will be leaving from Sandhaven Parish Church on Tuesday, September 14, at approx. 2pm, heading to Peathill Cemetery. Family flowers only please, but donations may be given, in lieu, in aid of chosen charities. No callers, please. Will be sadly missed.
