KELMAN It is with great sadness, we announce the passing on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, of John Parkin at Roxburghe House. Beloved husband of Isla, son of Betty and the late John Kelman, brother to Carole Givan, loving father of Paul, Roger and Kirsteen, grandfather to Ben, Douglas, Katie, Juliette, Annabel and Elliott, and father-in-law to Eve, Angela and Simon. Funeral private due to current restrictions. Family flowers only.
