MACINTYRE (Fortrose) Francesca, Rod and family would like to thank everyone who enabled Effie to die peacefully at home in her 100th year. Family, friends, neighbours, health care providers and the wider Fortrose community, where she lived for sixty five years, made this poss- ible. Thanks to all who attended her funeral service in person or watched it around the world, and to those who stood in Castle Street as Effie made her final journey and donated to Marie Curie in her memory. She would have been so touched by your kindness.
