SKINNER Peacefully, at home on Thursday, April 8, 2021, with his loving family by his side, Duncan Ross Skinner, aged 63 years. Beloved husband to Jackie, a much-loved dad to Andrew and Anna, a special brother to Catriona, a dear nephew, uncle and brother-in-law. Duncan was a loved and loyal friend, colleague and was so special to so many people. Funeral service private due to current restrictions.
