HARBART Joyce (Fraser) (nee Rafferty) (New Elgin) At Dr Gray's Hospital, on Friday, July 17, 2020, Joyce (AKA lady Joyce), passed away suddenly but peacefully, after an illness bravely borne. Cherished and loved mum of Michael, Ian and Donna. Much loved mother in law, granny, GG, sister, auntie and very dear friend to many. Private family funeral due to Covid restrictions.
