COWIE Suddenly, after a short illness, William (Bill) James Cowie aged 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean Cowie. Stepfather to Leslie, Anna and Stephen Watson. Grateful thanks for the kindness and care given to Bill by all the staff during his time at Gairn Court. Funeral service private.
