BROWN Alistair Charles Tolme. Formerly of 25 Wittet Drive, Elgin passed away peacefully at Anderson's Care Home in Elgin on Thursday, December 5, 2019, in his 95th year. A Celebration of Life will take place in the Spring of 2020. A full Obituary will be in the Northern Scott on Friday.
