MACKAY (Fochabers) Peacefully at The Grove, Elgin on Sunday, April 28, 2019, Dr Catherine Budge, beloved wife of the late William Mackay and a good friend and neighbour to many. Funeral service at Moray Crematorium on Wednesday, May 8, at 11.30am. All friends res-pectfully invited. If wished, donations can be made at the door for Abbie's Sparkle Foundation.
