RUSSELL (Elgin/Forres)Suddenly, at his home on Friday, December 22, 2017. Neil James Russell, of Mossend Place, New Elgin, aged 54 years. A much loved son of the late Neil and Winifred and a sadly missed brother of Graeme and Gail. Funeral service at Tom Ross & Sons' Chapel, Forres on Friday, January 26 at 1.30pm, thereafter to Rafford Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be given to Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland.
