CAMERON (Fraserburgh) Jim and family wish to thank most warmly all who have so kindly and sincerely supported us emotionally and practically in the sudden passing of Ethel, a cherished wife, devoted mother, unreservedly respected and loved member of the wider family and staunch friend. Much appreciated was the large attendance to pay their last respects at the West Church service, the moving tribute to her life and witness by Rev. Andrew Lyon, the relevant organ music, the dignified demeanour of those involved at church and Tyrie and the friendly, efficient provision of after service refreshment. The numerous thoughtfully selected cards and comforting letters and notes will be treasured as will the memory of the immediate response to speedy accurate NHS24 diagnosis by the most understanding ambulance staff. The very recent home visitations and the ever concerned supportive long-term care of Ethel by Saltoun Surgery staff have been exemplary. A. Buchan & Son acted with usual efficiency and all-round re-assurance and kindness. The generous sum of £515 will be shared by Heart Foundation and the church she loved.
