MUNRO (Thurso) It is with great sadness that we announce the very sudden passing of George Mackay, of Tigh Na Abbain, 21 Miller's Lane, Thurso, formerly of Halkirk, on Monday, May 23, 2011, in Inverness. Beloved husband of Wilma and the late Marjory, much loved father of Yvonne, Richard and the late Donnie, dearly loved stepfather of John, Val, Jacqui, Donna and the late Jim, a loving grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service within St Peters and St Andrews Church, Thurso, on Tuesday, May 31, service commencing at 12 noon, thereafter to Thurso cemetery. All friends respectfully invited.
