COOK Lewis Edward Euan and Kathleen (nee Beverley) are delighted to announce the safe arrival of Lewis Edward on June 24, 2010, weighing 6lb 10oz Third grandson for John and Zena, second grandson for Isobel and the late Hector Cook. Many thanks to all at AMH and a special thanks to the IVF Unit for all their help and support and for making this day possible.
