HOGG Colin and Fiona (nee Massie) are delighted to announce the early but safe arrival of their daughter, Freya Herbertson Massie Hogg, on December 5, 2006, weighing 5lbs. 12ozs. A new granddaughter for Gibby and Hazel Massie and the late Herbertson and Joan Hogg, a niece for Steve and Karen Esslemont and a cousin for Lucy Esslemont.
