REID (Cullerlie) Isla, Wendy, Tracey and their families would like to thank all those family and friends who came from near and far to pay tribute to their mother Anne. Special thanks to Rev Dr Joyce Collie, whose service conducted in Doric, captured the essence of our mum - a little lady with a big heart. Dr Ian Russell gave a wonderful tribute, remembering her warm character and her contribution to preserving the North East culture, and Dr Margaret Bennett sang like a lintie. Thanks also to Susan and Scott Gordon and to Eric Robertson for their wonderful music. To all those who visited, called and wrote, we thank you for supporting us and touching our hearts with your kind words. Lastly our thanks go to Kirsty and Alfie Robb for being such good neighbours and for their help with the catering, and to Brian Smith, Funeral Director, for managing to be both efficient and couthie. We will forget you not.
