MACKENZIE (Alltnasugh) Catriona wishes to extend her grateful thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their sympathy and support following the loss of her parents so close together (Murdo on 12th April and Isobel on 12th May). Special thanks goes to our carer Carol MacDonald without whose help these last months would`ve been impossible to cope with and to my cousins simply for "being there" for me. Thanks also to the medical staff at Broadford Hospital and Kyle Surgery most especially the district nurses for the concern and care shown towards the whole family, to Rev Craig and Rev MacDonald for their comforting services taking into account the restrictions caused by my own ill health, to Ross MacKerlich for his sympathetic handling of both funeral arrangements and to my father`s comrades from the Normandy Veterans Association for their wonderful tribute. Finally, to all those who came from near and far to pay their respects and who gave so generously, it meant so much to me to see so many familiar faces from throughout the years and my mother had greatly appreciated hearing about those who attended my father`s funeral over £300 was donated to Kyle Nurses Fund and over £300 for the R.N.L.I.
