Suddenly, at home, on Monday, April 18, William Mackay Raffan (Billy), beloved husband of Marion and son of the late George and Cathie Raffan, Helmsdale. Funeral service in Helmsdale Free Chruch, on Saturday, April 23, at 11.30 a.m, thereafter to Helmsdale Cemetery, all friends respectfully invited.
