Peacefully, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, after a long illness, on Sunday, October 24, 2004, Lavinia Beatrice (Val) Markie, aged 81 years, of Hanover Court, Tarves, beloved wife of the late George Mitchell (formerly of Regent Court, Aberdeen), dear mum of James and Irene and a loving granny. Funeral service at Aberdeen Crematorium, East Chapel, on Friday, October, 29, at 10.50 a.m. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only.
