Peacefully, at the Highland Hospice, Inverness, on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, after an illness bravely borne, David Johnston, of 10 George Wilson Road, Auldearn, Nairn, former player with Aberdeen F.C., Hearts F.C., Caley F.C. and Nairn County F.C., beloved husband of Margaret, a much loved father of Sharon, Jacqueline, Kevin, Trevor and the late David and a loving grandfather of Leanne, Kerr, Logan and Jessica. Funeral service at Auldearn Parish Church, on Wednesday, April 14, at 10 a.m., thereafter to Auldearn Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be given at the church door, to Nairn Hospital League of Friends and the Highland Hospice.
