Peacefully, at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Thursday, September 9, 2004, Hugh Munro (former S.N.P. Councillor), aged 92 years, 87 West Church Street, Buckie, beloved husband of the late Elsie Chapman, dearly loved father of Robin and Mary, a much loved grandfather, great-grandfathe r, father-in-la w and brother and a dear friend to many. Funeral private by his own request. No flowers please.
