I only wish that i could say ''I'll go and see my mum today'' To hear our voice & see your smile To sit and chat for just a while When something happens, good or bad All i still want to do Is call your number on the phone And share my news with you I know that you were always there At any time of day And in my mind I still can hear All the thing's you'd say But now life's simply not the same And although I'm fully grown Without you here I can feel so lost And sometimes so alone I just hope that you really knew Everytime we were in touch How wonderful you really were And that you were loved so very much And each year on your special day I know the tears will come For there will never be a time When I won't miss my mum Also cherished memories of our much loved and ever missed dad, father-in-law and Granda Jim who very sadly passed away 6 years ago on 25th November.
