COWIE (Huntly) Peacefully after a long illness faced with great courage and dignity, at Rothieden, on Monday, October 7, 2013, Alexander Bremner Cowie (Alex), former Principal Teacher of Technical Education, dearly loved husband of Liz, much loved dad of Sara and Clare, adored papa of Cara and Murray, a dear father-in-law of Gary and respected friend of Sara's partner Allan. Funeral service in Strathbogie Drumblade Church, Bogie Street, Huntly, on Saturday, October 12, at 10.30 a.m., thereafter to Huntly Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired at church door in aid of cancer charities.
