LAIRD (Mintlaw/New Pitsligo) It is with our great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Marjory Dorward (Marj), nee Johnstone, aged 78 years, suddenly on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, with her dearest and loving family by her side. Much loved and cherished wife of Alex, very dearly loved and loving mum to Pamela, Kevin and Elaine, dear mother-in-law, very proud, adored and devoted granny, much loved sister to her twin Dorothy, dearest sister-in-law, aunt and very dear friend to all who knew her. A celebration for Marjory's life will take place on Tuesday, April 16, at 1pm, from Alexander Buchan & Son Funeral Chapel, Denmark Street, Fraserburgh, to which all family and friends are warmly invited, followed by interment at Turlundie Cemetery, New Pitsligo. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu, if so desired, will be gratefully accepted at chapel for local charities. So dearly missed. Gone from our homes, always in our hearts.
