In loving memory of Pat, a much loved wife, daughter, sister, aunt & friend to many who passed away 10/02/12 after a long courageous battle against Cancer. Pat you are missed but never forgotten you are an inspiration to us all ! Pat you may be gone but your bravery and happiness will live in all the people`s hearts you touched!
