TOWSEY (Ellon) Patricia and family, thank all friends and neighbours who sent expressions of sympathy by way of cards, phone calls and flowers received following their recent sad loss of David. Special thanks to Lorna Warren and the District Nursing Team, Irena Mowat and Home Carers, ARCH Responders, Vicky (heart failure nurse) and all at Ellon Health Centre. Thanks also to G Burgess & Son for compassionate funeral arrangements and Jan Hughes for a fitting Eulogy.

Sad Loss

My most humble apologies for having missed the passing of my dear friend, David. I haven't been in the best of health myself these past months and have been taking things a day at a time. Sadly this made me miss the sad news. I have known David since he first opened his Radio & Record shop in Marischal Street in the 50's and in site have having moved away from Aberdeen in the 60s have always kept in touch. I knew he and Patricia had moved to care hope but as I say due to things have not been good in keeping up with contacts. However, there was not a time that I didn't think of David. I am just so sad that I missed the news of his passing. David was a very dear friend and I will certainly miss him. Fond memories, dear friend. Bill Reid.
