MACDONALD The family of the late Elizabeth (Betty) MacDonald would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, flowers, cards and telephone calls following their sad loss. Special thanks to the Hamilton Medical Group, in particular Dr David Watson, for their wonderful, kind care during the many years of Betty's ill health. Sincere thanks also to The Rev Kenneth Petrie for a comforting and uplifting service, and thanks to all who attended the service at the Crematorium. Many thanks to Wm Gilchrist for their most professional help with the arrangements, and to the Marcliffe Hotel for their first class level of service.
