McLEOD Alexander (Sandy) passed away peacefully following a short illness with his family by his side at Kintyre House Invergordon on Friday, September 6, 2019, devoted husband of the late Claire, dad to Garry, Barbara and Kevin, a loving grandad and great-grandad. Funeral from Sinclair's Rest Rooms Macarthur Street Wick on Friday, September 13, service commencing at 1.45pm, thereafter to Wick Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to go to Sandy's favourite Charities. Collection at Rest Room doors.

Much loved Dad & Grandad

Darling Dad, I don't want to say goodbye. Everyone thinks that their Dad is the best, but I know that mine really was. I was a Daddy's girl, you were my first true love, you were the example that I judged others by. You guided me when I didn't want to listen, accepted my decisions when you really didn't want to. But most of all you've believed me when it mattered the most. As a Grandad I couldn't have asked for better, my kids have so many fantastic memories of their time spent with you. Only this morning I spoke to your sister Ruby in Australia. She's never forgotten how you helped her learn to walk again following a childhood illness. She's holding onto the memory of only a few short weeks ago where you got to see each other on skype, although you were ill and struggling you managed to blow her kisses to her and wave. The time has now come for our final parting, it's only made easier by the knowledge that you are reunited with my mum your one true love. The woman that you met at 14, married at 23, and were together for 60 years. So now its time, I'll say goodbye as I always have, - Bye Dad, love you lots, be good. From your loving daughter Barbara, Your were my everything, I will love and miss you each and every day. Xxxx
