WATT (Kingston) Peacefully, at home, on Monday, July 15, 2019, William (Neil), aged 68 years, loving husband of Brenda, much loved dad of Sarah, Lewis, Elizabeth and Liam, devoted grandad of Carter and Reuben, dear brother, brother in law and uncle. Neil's funeral service, to which all are welcome, will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday, July 24, in Moray Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations to Ward 5, Dr. Gray's Hospital, Elgin at the crematorium door, if desired.
