BINNIE Peacefully at Roxburghe House, on Friday, May 17, 2019, Alexander Ewen Binnie, dearly beloved husband of Anne, much loved father of Karen and Nicola, devoted grandfather to Leonardo and Anna and much loved brother of Frank, Ian, Norman, Margaret and David. Funeral ceremony at Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes, by Banchory on Monday, May 27, at 2.30pm. All family and friends welcome. No funeral flowers please. There will be an opportunity for making a donation in aid of Friends of ANCHOR and Roxburghe House after the ceremony.

I worked with Ewen for a number of years at RigNet/Nessco.
Ewen was not only a Respected colleague but a fraternal brother in piping, we both shared a love of the music and also a common interest in woodwork. Ewen was always my go-to man when I needed advice on anything woodwork related. He was an interesting character with a sense of humour second to non! He always kept me entertained with his many stories. He spoke fondly of growing up in Uist and of his Family. He was very proud of his Grand Children.
Condolences to the Binnie Family during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I will always remember Ewen and miss his stories!

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ewen.
I have known him for quite a few years and worked with him firstly in SPD and latterly in Nessco, Rignet.
My sincere good wishes to wife and family.
