BREMNER (Huntly) Peacefully 'after a sair fecht' at The Meadows Care Home, Huntly on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, Annabella (Beldie), in her 100th year, beloved wife of the late Jimmy, much loved mam of Ann, loving granny to Valerie, Amanda, Karen and TJ also a dear great-granny. Funeral service in Huntly Cairnie Glass Church, Church Street, Huntly on Wednesday, April 24, at 1.30pm thereafter to Huntly Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Donations if wished at church door in aid of The Meadows Care Home Residents Fund.

I was tremendously moved to see Beldie's death this morning. She was a huge part of the lives of so many children over so many years in Huntly. Her passing marks the end of an era and ends so much small history in a small town like Huntly. I have many small memories of going into the shop. She seemed to remember everyone who came in and always had a chat with them.
