SUTHERLAND (Halkirk) Jessie and close family members wish to record their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by cards, letters, telephone calls, flowers, baking and visits after Edward's sad passing. Grateful thanks to Halkirk Surgery, Caithness General Hospital and Community Nurses. Sincere thanks to Rev David Malcolm for his words of comfort and uplifting service at the church and graveside. Thanks to Dunnett's Funeral Directors for their guidance, support and professional handling of the funeral arrangements and to the Ulbster Arms Hotel for providing refreshments. Thanks to all those who attended the funeral, many travelling from a great distance and who donated so generously the sum of £1850 to Caithness Heart Support Group and Caithness General Hospital comfort fund.
