ARMSTRONG The family of the late Edward (Ted) Armstrong would like to thank relatives and friends for their kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy. Sincere thanks to Jesmond Care Home for their kindness and care, the Rev. Dr. Norman Maciver for leading the funeral services with sensitivity and thoughtfulness, Midstocket Church for their warm welcome, Sharon and team at Mac Intosh & Steven Funeral Directors for their support and guidance and Hazlehead Park Cafe for tasty refreshments. Finally, thanks to all who came to remember and celebrate Ted's long life and who donated £336 to NESS and Summerhill Blind Bowling Club.
