SUTHERLAND (Tain) Peacefully in her home, 12 Mayfield Wynd, Tain on Sunday, February 10, 2019, Winifred "Winnie" Linklater Dearness, beloved and loving wife of the late Jim, a much loved mother of Sylvia, Gwen, Linda and James, a dearly loved mother-in-law of Melvyn and Donald, a loving Granny, and Great Granny (Grandma and Gaggy), a dear sister and sister-in-law and loved by all the extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held in Tain Parish Church on Friday, February 15, at 11am, thereafter to Mount Vernon Cemetery, Thurso (cortegé to arrive at 1.45pm, approximately). All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired may be given at the service for Tain Community Nurses and The Marie Curie Nurses or sent to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank Street, Tain.
