THORPE (Inverurie) Ann, Kate and Jane would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy, following the sad loss of Ellis. The family have taken great comfort from the many tributes describing Ellis as a fine gentleman and a good friend. Thanks to all for their compassionate care and particularly Inverurie GPs and the staff of ward 102 ARI. Special thanks to the Rev. Shuna Dicks for the uplifting service, Eric Massie Funeral Directors for their sensitive handling of arrangements and The Cowshed for the lovely teas. Thanks to all who paid their last respects at Baldarroch and generously donated £540 for diverticulitis research (guts UK!).
