WATSON (New Elgin/Newton) After a lengthy battle with Parkinson's, borne with great determination, courage, selflessness and humour, John, in his 76th year, died on Monday, January 14, 2019, in the Manor Care Centre, Nairn, much loved and loving husband of Elsie, dear dad of Douglas and Morag, father in law of Diane and proud grandad of Jack, Harris and Finlay. He was a great friend to many and a dear brother, brother in law and uncle. John's funeral service, to which all are welcome, will be held at 1.30pm on Tuesday, January 22, in Duffus Church and thereafter to Duffus Cemetery. No flowers please, donations to Parkinson's UK and Friends of the Manor Care Centre, Nairn at the church door if desired.
