ALLAN (Kildrummy) Harold and family wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown following the sad loss of Lorna; they offer their heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends and neighbours who attended the funeral service and burial and provided emotional and practical support at a difficult time; for those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolence as well as those who contributed to the collection at the service for the Friends of Aboyne Hospital, we are truly grateful, a magnificent sum of £936.95 was raised; a special word of thanks to the home carers who visited Lorna weekly at Malt Croft, the nurses and staff of Aboyne Community Hospital who provided excellent care and attention with kindness and respect during her short illness, to Simon Crouch, Kathleen the organist and contributors who provided a superb service and a fitting tribute to Lorna, to Jack, Bud and Craig of Duncan & Mc Combie, Funeral Directors, Alford for their sensitive, compassionate and professional handling of the arrangements, to Garioch Catering for the lovely array of food at the funeral teas; to all those who helped in anyway, please accept our heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation.
