GERRARD (Mintlaw) Jeanette, Steven and family have been overwhelmed by the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them by way of cards, letters, telephone calls, personal callers and for the flowers received during the sudden passing of Sandy, a dearly loved and cherished, husband, dad, granda, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Grateful thanks to Dr. Sim, Alan and Louise of Mintlaw Surgery along with the consultants, doctors and staff at Wards 107 and 114, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for their tender loving care. Thanking Mr Robert Mackie, a lifelong family friend, for such a beautiful and comforting service and thanks to the many who joined with the family to pay their last respects both in The Almanythie Hall and Old Deer Cemetery. Heartfelt thanks to The Country Park Inn for the lovely teas and excellent service and finally to everyone who generously donated towards chosen charities. Sandy has gone from our home, but will be forever in our hearts.
