DAVIES (Inverurie)It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful death of Evelyn (nee Bernard), aged 87, on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Dearly loved and loving mum to Lesley and Carolyn and mum-in-law to Keith and John, devoted and adored grandma to Kenneth, Rachel, Fraser and Murray, and a caring and loving sister and sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Evelyn's funeral will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11.00am at Auchterless Parish Church, Auchterless and all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu, if desired, can be made at the church door for Badenscoth House Nursing Home, where Evelyn lived for the past 7 years and whose staff looked after her with such love and care. A hard working lady is now at rest and is very sorely missed.
