RUGG (Dufftown)Sadly, at Stephen Cottage Hospital, Dufftown on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, Arthur J. Rugg, retired Carpenter and Joiner, passed away after a short illness. All friends are invited to join his family at the funeral service at Mortlach Parish Church, Dufftown on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11am.
