BIRNIE (Peterhead)Very peacefully towards the end, after a short illness, with his family by his side, at Peterhead Community Hospital, on Monday April 24, 2017, Edward Gordon Stuart Birnie (Eddie), aged 74 years (retired Ships Carpenter). Dearly loved and cherished husband of Sheena Gerrard, a much loved and loving da of Shona, Edward and Bob, a dear father-in-law and a proud and devoted granda to his 7 grandchildren. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Friday April 28, at 10.30 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers and no flowers please but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for chosen charities.
