BROWN (Aberdeen/Ndola) Mary and family wish to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for the many cards, flowers, telephone calls and visits received since the sad loss of John, a much loved husband, father and grandfather. Thanks must go to all those who helped care for him at home from his family Doctor, Dr Reith, the district nursing team - Julie and Jane and Marie the Macmillan nurse. A special thanks must go to Lillian, his sister in law, and Jane, his daughter- in- law, for their support and help and to Gordon Aitken, a neighbour, for being there at times of need. Additionally, a heartfelt thank you to Bill Anderson for the warming service carried out at Aberdeen funeral home, who were professional, courteous and respectful in all their dealings with the family. Finally, thank you to the staff at the Atholl hotel for accommodating a much larger than expected turn out and to Isla of Isla Duncan florists for her beautiful arrangements.
