William Paton Mowat, aged 84, died suddenly but peacefully, on Monday, May 23, 2016, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. Adored father of Dean and Kerry and devoted grandfather to Tom, Harry, Kyna and Kelda. Funeral service private.
