CRUICKSHANK (Staffin/Skye) Amy, Fiona, Sarah and Alasdair wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind support at this very sad time. Grateful thanks to all who visited, phoned, sent cards, gifts and flowers. Thanks to doctors and staff at ICU, Ward 4, GC and Macmillan Suite, Raigmore Hospital; Broadford Hospital Chemotherapy Unit and ward staff; staff at Portree Hospital; district nurses for their outstanding daily care and Macmillan & Marie Curie nurses, all of whom attended Crookie in his illness. Special thanks to all who visited him in hospital and at home, and to all who upheld us in prayer. May God bless you all. Sincere thanks to Rev John Murray for a comforting service, Rev Wilfred Weale for prayer and Rev Prof Norman Drummond for such a fitting tribute. Thanks to Columba 1400 for continued support throughout his illness and for providing refreshments after the funeral. Thanks also to M and D Mac Leod for their sensitive and professional handling of the funeral arrangements. Finally, thank you to everyone who came from near and far to pay their last respects.
