HARPER (Torphins)The family of the late Charlie Harper wish to express their most sincere thanks for the many kind expressions of sympathy by cards, letters, emails, texts, calls, visits and flowers following the sad loss of their father and grandfather. Special thanks to the staff of Aboyne Health Centre and Hospital. Donations amounting to £500 were collected in appreciation at the service. Many thanks to the Reverend David Barr for conducting the funeral service, to the organist and to Mike Zanre from Thistle Piping of Ellon for playing so beautifully, and to Shaun Mc Combie and others at Brian Smith Funeral Services for their courteous and professional service. Heartfelt thanks also go to all of those family, friends and neighbours who joined with us at the crematorium and at the Fourmile Inn for afternoon tea to celebrate Charlie`s life.
